- Mauricio Bolaños, of counsel, has an extensive knowledge and experience in labor law and litigation fields.
- He advices on labor and social security legislation, compensation structures, employment contracts, and represents clients in civil disputes at judicial and arbitration levels.
- He also practices sports law.
- Mauricio served as former counsel of the National Electricity Institute (ICE) and he advices the American Chamber of Commerce on labor matters.
- Mauricio has been an invited speaker at labor and sports law events, including at the Bar Association and universities.
