Professional Experience
Nicole Damha has a track record in Labor and Employment Law, with extensive experience in litigation, preventive and reactive advisory services, and dispute resolution. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on the implementation of effective legal strategies, risk mitigation, and labor audits, as well as on the management of complex labor disputes and corporate employment matters. She has represented companies across various sectors, providing guidance on employment contracts, terminations, internal investigations, and the management of legal and regulatory obligations.
She has been recognized by Chambers & Partners in the field of Labor and Employment Law for Latin America in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 editions.
Nicole holds a Law degree from the University of Costa Rica. She also earned a specialization in Evidence Gathering, Interpretation, and Evaluation from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and is a certified mediator/cyber-mediator and conciliator/cyber-conciliator by the Bar Association of Costa Rica.
