Professional Experience
I have extensive experience in day-to-day labor matters as prevention, compensation plans, workplace risk management, compliance with social security regulations, as well as strategic support for decision-making in the Legal and HR departments. I also have provided advice and follow-up to transnational companies in the process of establishing and closing operations in Costa Rica, due diligence, as well as advice on trainings when required. I also have experience in labor litigation, providing follow-up and accompaniment to companies during the process, through her knowledge in administrative and judicial conflicts resolution. At the beginning of my professional career I worked as a lawyer in the tax and administrative law sectors for national companies.
